• Where is the store based?

  Montréal, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do. Note that for digital pieces, I can do them quickly anywhere, but international shipping for prints may take time. It varies from piece to piece as well as country to country.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For all digital items;
  - A digital pieces can take up to week latest.
  - A print or poster can takes a week or a week and a half depending on where you live.
  - All other products take at longest which is three weeks.

• What kind of commissions do you do?

  - I do art in sketch, ink or full colour digital and print.
  - I don't do NSFW or controversial work. I'm not that type of girl.
  - I do them in digital format, print, poster and tote bag.
  - I always do a sit down session before to make sure I have all the details I need before making your piece.

• What is the format of a digital piece?

  The default is PNG, but I can also do it in other formats if you prefer, but you have to say it in your email please. In the case of size, digital pieces are fixed to the size they are because of quality.

• What is the size and material of a print art piece?

  The default is 8 x 10 inches on hard glossy paper. A poster is 11 x 17 inches on soft glossy paper.

• What colour do tote bags come in?

  The default is white unless you request otherwise though even then, the palette is limited.

• Why do commissions only have the option in being in digital format?

  A commission is a personal piece that belongs to the commissioner, so they should have ownership of the digital copy. However, all other art pieces are owned by me first and I would rather not deal with art theft.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
